The current Chairperson of Holly Rise is Mr David Wray. David has been with the Co-operative for many years. Before becoming Chair, , he has held several different posts. David regularly volunteers to carry out minor maintenance works around the estate.

Currently the Vice Chair of Holly Rise is Mrs Marguerite Llewellyn. Marguerite has been with the Co-operative for many years. Prior to taking up her present role, she managed our Void Process and some of the repairs within the Co-op.

David became the Company Secretary to Holly Rise in 2022. Before taking on this role, David was a committee member who frequently volunteered to carry out minor maintenance and repair works around the blocks and gardens.

Jane joined Holly Rise as the Housing Manager in April 2023. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the
co-operative. She is the first point of contact for residents and city council officers.
