John has been with the Co-operative for 20 years. He has a wealthy of knowledge and experience. His background, working for local authorities, provides valuable insight, John's enthusiasm helps to guide the team to support everyone who lives here.

Jade Gill was re-elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2026 for a 2nd consecutive term.. She has lived at Holly Rise for over 9 years. Jade is a well known and popular member of our community fully committed to ensuring the TMO remains a safe environment for all residents.

Richard Avery has lived at Holly Rise for almost 20 years. For many of these, he has held the trusted position of Treasurer. Through his diligence and commitment to the role, he has ensured the financial stability of the TMO.

Ms Sharon Birch is our secretary. Sharon re-joined the committee in 2022. She has lived at Holly Rise for more than 23 years. Her dedication to developing and maintaining the community is unshakeable. Among other things, Sharon actively engages in communal litter picks and liaises with the garden contractor to ensure the grounds look clean, tidy and welcoming.

Agnieszka Dunal was elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2024. She has lived here for 5 years. Agnieszka is always looking at ways to ensure all residents feel safe, secure and part of a community that cares about their nieghbours.

Hamida Khatun was elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2025. She has lived at Holly Rise for 6 years. As a working mother, Hamida brings with her a new outlook and willingness to lean and support others.

Abir Olewa was elected to the committee in July 2026. She has lived at Holly Rise for 8 years. Abir has a wealth of administrative experience and is a welcome addition to the team.

Glenda Patten re-joined the committee in 2022. She has lived at Holly Rise for over 23 years. Quietly spoken, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
Housing Manager
Jane Kelly
Jane joined Holly Rise as the Housing Manager in April 2023. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the
co-operative. She is the first point of contact for residents and city council officers.
