The Chair of Holly Rise is Mrs Marguerite Llewellyn. Marguerite has been with the Co-operative for many years. She has previously held the position of Chair and has also had responsibility for managing VOIDS and Repairs. Her knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm help to guide the team.

Jade Gill was re-elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2024. She has lived at Holly Rise for over 7 years. Jade is a well known and popular member of our community.

The long standing Treasurer to Holly Rise is Mr Richard Avery. Richard has been our treasurer for several years and has ensured the financial stability of the TMO. Previously,
he served on the committee as Minute Secretary.

Currently our secretary is Mr David Jackson.
David became the Company Secretary to Holly Rise in 2022. Unfortunately, David's health now precludes him from volunteering for the more physical activities he used to do e.g. small DIY jobs, gardening, etc.

Sakina Begum has been a resident for less than a year but has already realised the benefits of living within a TMO. She brings with her a commercial perspective which will support the Treasurer to maintain strong financial controls going forward.

Sharon Birch re-joined the committee in 2022. She has lived at Holly Rise for more than 20 years. Her commitment to the developing and maintaining the community is unshakeable. Sharon actively engages in communal litter picks and liaises with the garden contractor.

Agnieszka Dunal was elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2024. She actively tries to ensure all residents feel safe and secure in their homes.

Hamida Khatun was elected on to the committee at the AGM in July 2025. She has lived at Holly Rise for several years. She brings with her a new outlook and willingness to lean and support others.

Glenda Patten re-joined the committee in 2022. She has lived at Holly Rise for over 20 years. Quietly spoken, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
Housing Manager

Jane joined Holly Rise as the Housing Manager in April 2023. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the
co-operative. She is the first point of contact for residents and city council officers.
